University Theatre

Located near the intersection of West Campus Drive and Canyon Crest Drive, the University Theatre can seat up to 460 guests.

The nearest parking lots are Lot 5 and Lot 6. If you’ve never been to campus, here are directions to UCR.

There is no reserved seating, so please arrive early for the best selection of seats.

Studio Theatre

Housed in room 113 of the ARTS Building on the corner of University Avenue and West Campus Drive, the Studio Theatre can seat up to 125 guests of performances by the Department of Theatre, Film and Digital Production.

Located in room 166 of the ARTS Building, the Performance Lab houses performances by the departments of Music and Dance.

Culver Center

The Barbara and Art Culver Center of the Arts was initiated with a lead gift from the Culver family. Located in downtown Riverside, the Culver Center hosts dance and music performances as well as film screenings and art installations.

The Barn

Originally built in 1917 as a working barn and horse stable, The Barn has become a treasured space on the UCR campus. It was incorporated into the university in 1955 as a dining and music performance venue. In the summer of 2018, renovation and expansion began, which added an outdoor entertainment stage that can accommodate 1,000 spectators.
